Potato starch

A versatile helper in every kitchen. Ideal for baking, dumplings, sauces, soups and desserts. It is obtained from potatoes and serves primarily as a binder.

Preparation: Stir the potato flour into the cold liquid, and then stir into the boiling liquid. Bring to a boil briefly. For 1 liter of liquid you need: puddings and semolinas about 90 g, creams about 60 g, sauces and soups about 40 g (1 level tablespoon = about 10 g)
