Rice milk, gluten-free
Ideal for quick preparation of rice milk or for muesli.
Ingredients: whole grain rice flakes* (from short grain rice)
*from controlled organic production
Preparation: Put 100 g of rice flakes in a pot together with 500 ml of milk (alternatively: soy or cereal drink). Bring to the boil while stirring constantly and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes and then mix well again.
Serve with cinnamon sugar, apple puree or fresh fruit to taste.
