Mixture for spelt shortbread

Ingredients:Spelt flour type 630 ** 53%, sultanas **, raw cane sugar **, corn starch *, baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acidifying agent: monopotassium tartrate, corn starch *), sea salt, vanilla *.

Preparation:Add either 150 ml of milk and 2 eggs or 150 ml of soy milk.
Put the eggs in a bowl. Add the mixture, half of the milk and mix well. Then add the remaining milk and mix until smooth. Heat a little butter or fat in a pan. Pour in all the batter and bake. After 3-5 minutes, when the edge has set and there is still a little liquid dough on the surface, turn it over. Bake for about 2-3 minutes more. Then tear the dough into small pieces and bake for about 1 minute.
