Mix for spelt waffles

Ingredients:Spelt flour Type 630 ** 68%, raw cane sugar **, baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acidifying agent: monopotassium tartrate, corn starch *), corn starch *, sea salt, bourbon vanilla *.

Baking mix for spelt waffles (amount 5-6 waffles)
Preparation with a waffle maker:
Add 150 ml of milk, 75 g of soft butter and 2 eggs. Put the baking mix with 75 g of soft butter and 2 eggs in a bowl. Gradually add 150 ml of milk to the dough. Place 2 tablespoons of dough in the center of the waffle maker and bake.
Preparation without a waffle maker:
You can also bake the dough as small blinis (small cakes) in a pan. Heat the fat in a pan. Add one tablespoon of dough to the pan. Bake on both sides until golden brown.

Tip: It also works without milk and eggs! For this variant, mix the mixture with 200 ml of soy or rice milk, 75 g of margarine and add 2 tablespoons of soy flour.
