Sugar beet syrup
As a spread, with pancakes, to sweeten all dairy dishes, for desserts and for baking. Demeter beet syrup has a particularly delicate and clean aroma. The slight roasted taste is due to the high mineral content.
Production: The production of our Demeter beet syrup is carried out in a gentle way, the syrup is made exclusively from beet juice without the addition of chemical agents. First, the beet is washed with clean water, heated in steam, boiled until soft and crushed. The so-called mash is pressed, the resulting juice is evaporated in a vacuum and thus gently thickened into syrup.
