Vegan Swedish Meatball Mix

Ready-made rice-based vegan meatball mix. A culinary classic from Scandinavia in a vegan version. Traditionally, the so-called Köttbullar are served with cranberry fruit compote, hearty mashed potatoes, cream sauce and fresh parsley.

Preparation for about 20 pieces:
Mix the contents of the bag with water, a little oil and mix well. Let soak for 2-3 minutes.
With moistened hands, shape balls about the size of a walnut. Heat enough oil in a non-stick pan and fry the balls until golden brown on all sides.
