Do you like waffles, pancakes or prefer American pancakes? No problem, with our waffle and pancake mix they are ready in no time. Consistently organic. Controlled gluten-free. Guaranteed delicious. And with no added sugar.

Our waffle and pancake mix is based on rice. It is naturally gluten-free. That's a quality you can taste. Depending on the recipe, simply add eggs, (butter), milk and sugar to the mixture - or for a vegan version, soy drink, soy yogurt and sugar. Crispy waffles or sweet pancakes are ready.

Ingredients: Rice flour, whole grain rice flour, tapioca starch

Tip: Mix the contents of the bag with 300 ml of milk and 200 g of yogurt. Bake in a pan or waffle iron.
