Chicken Kashmir spice mix

The aroma of frying, the aroma of cooking and then a fragrant meal: Beltane Biofix Chicken Kashmir. An overwhelmingly incredible variety of spices is served here. The spices are in short: preparation time 20 minutes including side dish! (for example basmati rice)

Preparation:
1. Cut the meat into cubes, chop the onion into small pieces, add cream and water.
2. Put 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil together with the spice mix 1 (small bag) in a non-stick pan. Then heat the hotplate. As soon as the spices release their aroma, add the meat and onion and fry vigorously.
3. Add water and cream, stir in spice mix 2 (large bag) and close.
Cover and cook for about 5 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally.
Tip: Replace the liquid with 200 ml coconut milk. Serve with basmati rice.
