Chicken Tikka Spice Mix

Tikka actually originated in British times in India. European gourmets especially liked the strong spices with cream and lots of sauce. In the meantime, Tikka Masala has found its way into every Indian menu and now into your own kitchen. Preparation:
1. Cut the meat into cubes, chop the onion, add the cream and water.
2. 2 tablespoons of cooking oil together with the spice mix 1 (small bag) in a non-stick pan. Then heat the hotplate. Once the spices are fragrant, add the meat and onion and fry vigorously. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly.
3. Add the water and cream, stir in the spice mix 2 (large bag) and with the lid closed, cover and cook on low for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Tip: Goes well with basmati rice or bread.
