Fresh, crispy ingredients get a beautiful shine with a delicate Asian sauce. A highlight for the eye and taste, Beltane Biofix Chop Suey scores without any additives: pure spices, a dash of soy sauce and a little rice will make you want more.

Preparation:
1. Cut the vegetables into strips, add soy sauce and water.
2. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil together with the seasoning mix 1 (small bag) in a non-stick pan. Then heat the hotplate. As soon as the spices give off their aroma, add the meat and fry, add the vegetables and continue to fry.
3. Pour in the water and soy sauce, stir in the seasoning mix 2 (large bag) and, with the lid closed, finish cooking for about 6 minutes. Stir occasionally. Tip for particularly tender pork or beef noodles: sear the meat first, then keep warm and cover to finish cooking. Heat carefully, do not boil.
