Gyros seasoning mix

Greek cuisine has an international star: gyros. With Beltane Biofix Gros, the Greek classic succeeds in fast-forwarding. Peppers and onions perfectly complement the crispy fried poultry and bring a fresh touch. With yogurt-lemon dip and flatbread - a Greek poem.

Procedure:
1. Roughly chop the onion, cut the peppers into strips. Add water.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil (e.g. olive oil) together with 1 seasoning mix (small bag) in a non-stick pan. Then heat. As soon as the spices emit their aroma, Add the minced meat and fry thoroughly. Add the onion and pepper and continue frying.

Tip: Fry with fresh garlic and serve with pita bread.
