Chicken with paprika spice mix

This mildly spicy goulash with paprika and cream from traditional Hungarian cuisine will be loved by the whole family. The cream sauce goes well with your favorite side dishes. The meal is on the table almost faster than it can be prepared.

Preparation:
1. Turkey or chicken breast and peppers cut into strips, cream and water.
2. Put 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil (e.g. sunflower) together with spice mix 1 (small bag)
in a non-stick pan. Then heat the hotplate. As soon as the spices are fragrant, add the poultry and fry. Add the paprika and fry briefly.
3. Add water and cream, stir in seasoning mix 2 (large bag). Cover and cook on low for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Tip: Sauté fresh onion with the poultry. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
