Pasta Asciutta Seasoning Mix

A classic "dry" pasta sauce, like Nonna's, contains vegetables and minced meat and is cooked slowly for many hours. If you don't have time or your stomach is already growling, Beltane Biofix Pasta Asciutta will soon arrive at your destination with this finely tuned spice mix.

Preparation:
1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water, grate the carrots and cover with water.
2. Put 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil (e.g. olive oil) together with the seasoning mix 1 (small bag) in
a pan. Then heat the hotplate. Once the spices are fragrant, drain, add the minced meat and fry well. Add the carrots and fry briefly.
3. Add water, spice mixture 2 (large bag) and tomato puree, stir in and close.
Cook with the lid on for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add noodles and serve hot.
Tip: Replace water with red wine and sauté fresh garlic with carrots.
