Salmon Noodles Seasoning Mix

A Mediterranean classic and a nice surprise when there is not much left in the fridge. Salmon, cream, pasta and good – and how good! We even had a poem dedicated to Beltane Biofix salmon noodles.

Preparation:
1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Cut the salmon into cubes, add cream and water.
2. 2 tablespoons of cooking oil together with seasoning mix 1 (small bag) in a non-stick pan. Then heat the hotplate. As soon as the spices release their aroma, add the salmon and fry.
3. Pour in water and cream, stir in spice mixture 2 (large bag) and bring to a boil briefly. Add the noodles and serve hot together.
