Organic apples are used to make apple juice. To preserve the mild sweetness of the apples, the apple juice is concentrated. Apple syrup is popular and recommended as an alternative sweetener for cooking and baking, as a spread, for refining drinks or muesli, yogurt, cottage cheese, cakes, ice cream and desserts.
Recommended use: When it comes to recipes with sugar, 2 parts conventional sugar corresponds to about 3 parts organic apple syrup.
