Single-variety, lactic acid-fermented direct juice from freshly harvested "Rodelika" carrots, which come from biodynamically bred, non-GMO and solid seeds, i.e. not from hybrid seeds. Hybrids are the result of crossing artificially created inbred lines and are therefore controversial. By purchasing, you support the cultivation and breeding of seed varieties of carrots. Open-seeded Rodelika is a large carrot with a smooth skin, an intense orange-red color and a distinctive sweet-aromatic taste. Carrots are grown biodynamically by farmers in sun-kissed Baden-Württemberg. Natural fermentation (lacto-fermentation process) is created by microorganisms that produce lactic acid.
