This smooth, delicious drink is made from coconut extract, mango puree and fresh fruit juices and is lightly sweetened with concentrated grape juice. The result is a delicious, harmonious taste of tropical coconut and mango.
What is fresh juice? Regular juices are made from concentrate, which is produced by evaporating the juice. Juice concentrated in this way is cheaper to transport and store. The concentrate is diluted with water before being filled into the final package. Thickening has a negative effect on both the vitamin content and the taste of the juice. Fresh juice is obtained by pressing fresh fruit and immediately bottling the juice. The juice is then pasteurized by a short, gentle heating process, which ensures the microbiological safety of the juice. Pasteurized juice does not need to be stored in the refrigerator until it is opened. The difference between juice from concentrate and juice from direct pressing is noticeable at the first sip - taste it!
Is the juice suitable for vegans? Some manufacturers filter the juice through gelatin after pressing. Beutelsbacher does NOT use gelatin in production and the juices of this brand are therefore also suitable for strict vegans.
