This delicious tropical drink is made from coconut extract and fruit juices from direct pressing and is lightly sweetened with agave syrup and concentrated grape juice. The result is a pleasant natural taste and aroma. Organic pineapples for this tropical drink are pressed fresh at the harvest site. The coconut-pineapple drink is delicious frozen or as a mixed drink with cane rum for lovers of tropical cocktails.
What is direct pressing? Conventional juices are made from concentrate, which is produced by evaporating the pressed juice. Juice concentrated in this way is cheaper to transport and store. Before filling into the final package, the concentrate is diluted with water. Concentration has a negative effect on both the vitamin content and the taste of the juice. Direct pressing juices are obtained by pressing fresh fruit and immediately bottling the pressed juice. The juice is then pasteurized by a short, gentle heating process, which ensures the microbiological safety of the juice. Pasteurized juice does not need to be stored in the refrigerator until opened. The difference between juice from concentrate and juice from direct pressing is noticeable at the first sip - taste it!
Is the juice suitable for vegans? Some manufacturers filter the juice through gelatin after pressing. Beutelsbacher DOES NOT use gelatin in its production, and this brand's juices are therefore also suitable for strict vegans.
