Quince originally comes from the rose family of Persia and the Caucasus (at least 4000 BC). Hildegard of Bingen (1098-1179), who in 2012 received the highest Catholic award from the Pope as a Doctor of the Church, also recommended quince for human nutrition (see internet). For our quince juice, apple and pear quinces are harvested from organic farming and gently pressed by us into direct juice. The aroma of the archetypal fruit, which is very popular among connoisseurs, is therefore largely preserved. Aromatic quince juice is an excellent way to quench your thirst and give mixed drinks a special touch.

Tip: Mix one part quince juice with one part mineral water or sparkling wine. Serve chilled!
