This mead is made from organic flower honey from bees that collect nectar in the virgin nature of the Doupovské Mountains in a military training area. Far from human habitation and fields, Vojenské lesy a statky has been farming organically for many years. The bees are cared for according to the principles of organic beekeeping and with love. The bees are fed with their own honey. Doupovská mead is scented and flavored with a mixture of organic herbs and spices, has a very pleasant balanced taste and is delicious chilled in summer and warm in winter.
