O'citron
Gourmet oil is obtained by pressing freshly harvested organic olives and the best organic lemons together. With its fresh note, it goes great with seafood, fish, vegetables, salad or fruit. Suitable for baking. For O'citron, ripe Oueslati olives from wild olive trees in the fertile mountainous areas of northeastern Tunisia are hand-harvested, carefully sorted and pressed within a few hours together with fresh, untreated Beldi lemons.
