Oil from roasted pumpkin seeds
The seed coats of the kernels contain a lot of chlorophyll and carotene, which gives the oil a dark, bright red-green color. Pumpkin oil has a distinctive taste and a wonderfully fruity, slightly sour aroma.
Suitable for seasoning leaf salads, raw vegetables and cooked vegetables. The oil is also ideal for flavoring fondue sauces.
