Herring salad with fine dill
The salad is prepared from completely deboned herring. Only pure spices are used and no flavors, spice extracts or spice mixtures are used.
By purchasing, you support the preservation of the last traditional small coastal fishing in the Greifswalder Bodden. It is located on the Baltic Sea coast in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Due to the strictly regulated catch quotas, this project uses exclusively pelagic net fishing. Fishing with these nets has a long tradition here and still shapes the culture and economy of the West Pomerania coast. These nets have larger mesh sizes than those specified by the state. This drastically reduces the catch of fish that are too young.
