If you want to grow wild blueberries, you will need a lot of time and patience. Compared to conventionally grown blueberries, it takes several years for these plants to develop sufficiently in the wild and you can start harvesting berries from them. However, there are more differences between wild blueberries and the cultivated varieties that you can buy in your local supermarket. Wild blueberries are smaller, have a more intense flavor and need to be processed more quickly after harvest. As a result, these delicate berries need to be handled very gently when processed to make juice. Our Biotta natural juice is made from organic wild blueberries without artificial additives.
