My agar agar sheet is a purely plant-based gelling agent in sheet form for sweet and savory dishes such as desserts, cakes, fruit spreads, jellies or warm terrines. The practical shape of the sheet ensures easy dosing and ease of use. Agar agar has a much stronger gelling power than gelatin, making it the perfect vegan alternative in organic quality.
Preparation: Solid substances = 2 sheets, lighter binding (e.g. jelly) = 1 sheet.
After preparation, leave the food gel in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Ingredients: 80% gelling agent: agar-agar*; Stabilizer: glycerin*.
