Bologna Sauce

With a careful selection of herbs and spices, the sauce tastes fruity, spicy and typically Italian. It comes with tomatoes - so all you have to do is add the minced meat alternative of your choice and a little water. The sauce is ready in a few minutes and is ideal for pasta or as a filling for lasagna.

Preparation instructions:

• 250 ml of water
• 200g minced vegetables (ready to cook, unseasoned)

Alternatively, you can use soy chunks, cooked lentils, tofu, seeds or nuts. Then adjust the amount of water if necessary.

1. Fry the minced vegetables according to the instructions on the package.
2. Add the contents of the bag and water and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
3. Let it boil briefly - done!
