Chocolate pudding with coconut blossom sugar

With fine cocoa and dark chocolate

BIOVEGAN chocolate pudding with 32% cocoa and cocoa products is sweetened only with coconut blossom sugar. Its full, natural aroma develops thanks to extra dark chocolate shavings and a touch of the finest Himalayan salt.

Preparation: Add 500 ml of plant-based drink/milk and 2 tablespoons (approx. 25 g) of raw cane sugar or other dry sweetener.

Mix approx. 100 ml of liquid with the contents of the chocolate pudding bag until smooth. Boil the remaining liquid with the dry sweetener of your choice. Add the mixed pudding powder and cook (over low heat) for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Then pour the pudding into bowls and let it cool.
