Gelting agent
Gelting agent without added sugar
Quickly and easily gel fruit or juice. Fruit spreads are easy to prepare and, above all, sugar-free!
Contents: 22 g (per 1 kg of fruit or 600 ml of juice)
Ingredients: Potato starch*, arrowroot flour*, gelling agent: agar-agar* and pectins.
*from controlled organic cultivation
Usage: Put 1 kg of chopped fruit or 600 ml of cold juice and about 4 tablespoons (35-40 ml) of lemon juice in a saucepan. Let the mixture boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
