Whether as a burger patty, wrap filling or salad side dish, my beetroot patties from Biovegan are versatile and of course delicious. The patty based on oatmeal and chickpeas will make you full and extra happy thanks to its special color. The beetroot gives it a full flavor and makes it irresistibly tasty. Since only water is needed for preparation, you have prepared a vegan and gluten-free organic patty quickly and easily at home.

Preparation:

1. Carefully place the mixture in a bowl with 250 ml of boiling water and mix thoroughly. Then leave to soak for 10 minutes.
2. Make 5-6 patties with wet hands.
3. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan and fry the patties on both sides over medium heat until crispy.
