Chocolate cake

My chocolate cake provides chocolate moments of happiness in a vegan and gluten-free way. Cakes, muffins or slices taste even more chocolatey and will be a success in no time.
Contains an extra dose of chocolate chips with a minimum of 53% cocoa content.
Preparation:
- 300 ml soy drink
- 100 g soft margarine
- a baking tin (20-25 cm)
- Hand mixer with whisk
Preheat the oven to convection at 180 °C or top/bottom heat and grease the baking tin well.
Put the baking mixture with soy drink and margarine in a bowl. Mix everything briefly on low speed with a hand mixer with whisk. Then continue to whisk for 2 minutes on the highest level until the mixture becomes creamy and fluffy. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth it out slightly.
Bake the chocolate cake on the middle shelf for about 50 minutes at 180°C convection or about 60 minutes at 180°C top/bottom heating. At the end of the baking time, test the cake with a wooden skewer inserted in the middle. If the dough sticks to the stick, extend the baking time by about 5 minutes if necessary and try again.
First let the cake rest in the tin on a wire rack for 15 minutes, then turn it out of the tin and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
