My Pesto Beetroot & Pear

Your Super Pesto Red Beetred & Pear in vegan organic quality is colorful, delicious and natural, ensuring a colorful moment of pleasure on your plate. With 32% of our local superfood beetroot, the pesto is not only a feast for the eyes, but also has a real superpower, as beetroot contains important vital substances such as potassium, magnesium and vitamin C. The pear rounds off the fruity delicious taste. Since our pestos are not heated, but consist of finely dried ingredients, they taste fresher than many ready-made pestos from jars. All you need is oil and water to prepare it - so you can mix your super pesto super quickly.

You can enjoy our Super Pesto classically with pasta, or use it to conjure up (super) delicious herb marinades, dips and spreads.

Ingredients: 32% beetroot*, almonds*, tomatoes*, basil*, salt, 8% pears*, yeast flakes*, onion*, sunflower protein*, lemon juice powder*, thyme*, white pepper*.

Preparation:

• 30 ml water (3 tablespoons)
• 30 ml light and neutral oil (e.g. sunflower oil)

1. Pour the pesto mixture into a small bowl, add water and mix thoroughly.
2. Add oil and mix well.
3. Let stand for 5 minutes and mix again - done!
