My Carrot & Almond Pesto

Your Super Pesto Carrot & Almond in vegan organic quality is a new and innovative combination of flavors on your plate. Since our pestos are not heated, but consist of finely dried ingredients, they taste fresher than many ready-made pestos from jars. Pesto gets its real superpower from the superfood turmeric, which has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties - it's a natural super pleasure. All you need for your Super Pesto is water and oil - so you can enjoy it super quickly.

You can enjoy our Super Pesto classically with pasta, or use it to conjure up (super) delicious herb marinades, dips and spreads.

Ingredients: 30% carrots*, 18% almonds*, sunflower protein*, basil*, salt, yeast flakes*, tomatoes*, onions*, 1.8% turmeric*, garlic*, lemon juice powder*.

Preparation:

• 30 ml water (3 tablespoons)
• 30 ml light and neutral oil (e.g. sunflower oil)

1. Pour the pesto mixture into a small bowl, add water and mix thoroughly.
2. Add oil and mix well.
3. Let stand for 5 minutes and mix again - done!
