The special BIOVEGAN red cake icing recipe without added sugar, with a natural red color and smooth consistency, particularly highlights the fruitiness of the fruit icing.
Ingredients:Gelding agent: agar-agar*, potato starch*, rosehip flour*, beetroot powder*, acidulant: potassium tartrate.

Preparation:Mix the contents of the package in 250 ml of cold water and sweeten to taste. Bring the liquid to the boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the pot from the heat, stir occasionally, and let cool for about 10 minutes until the frosting is slightly creamy. Pour the frosting over the cake, starting in the center. The cake can be sliced after cooling (approx. 30 minutes).
