Vanilla sauce

BIOVEGAN vanilla sauce with bourbon vanilla is ideal for apple strudel, ice cream and fresh fruit.

Ingredients: corn starch*, 2.7% bourbon vanilla*, salt
*from controlled organic farming

Preparation:

• 400 ml of plant-based drink or milk
• 2 tablespoons of cane sugar

Mix the sauce and 2 tablespoons of cane sugar in 5 tablespoons of liquid. Bring the remaining liquid to a boil. Add the mixed powder and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir before serving.

Tip: The sauce can be eaten cold or warm. For a thicker consistency, use less liquid. The consistency may vary considerably when using some plant-based drinks (e.g. rice drinks).

Storage and use instructions: Store in a dry place, protect from heat.
