Black lentils, with their small grains and color, resemble caviar, have a delicate nutty taste and an excellent nutritional profile. These lentils are definitely worth trying! They are great in salads, as a side dish for salmon or poultry, and taste great with root vegetables, walnuts or in spreads. They are smaller and their earthier taste is also great in various fillings and soups.

Ingredients:

Black fine-grained lentils, unpeeled. May contain traces of gluten.

Preparation instructions:

Take the lentils, rinse them, put them in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil and cook under the lid for about 25 - 30 minutes. We can also add salt during cooking, season with turmeric, savory or marjoram.

Storage:

Store at a temperature of up to 25°C, in the shade and with a relative humidity of up to 70%.
