Black walnut is a sturdy tree growing up to 40 m tall and 25 m wide. Its homeland is North America - the eastern part of the USA, from where it was imported to Europe in the 17th century. It is a monoecious tree with spherical fruits that contain edible kernels.
The harvested part is the walnut pericarp, which is used internally in the form of a decoction or infusion. Walnut can also be used externally for rinsing.

Instructions for preparation and dosage:
Pour one infusion bag with 250 ml of boiling water. Cover with a lid and let it steep to a temperature suitable for drinking. Use 2 times a day.
