A unique dry white wine that was not sulfurized. Fresh, excellently drinkable with a light apple bouquet. Thanks to the fact that it was not sulfurized, it is ideal for asthmatics and allergy sufferers, but also for those who get a headache after normal wine (which may be caused by sulfites). However, because it does not contain sulfites, this wine is not suitable for archiving. It is ideal to drink it young. After opening, we recommend consuming the wine as soon as possible, if you want to keep it until the next day, then in the refrigerator. The wine is not clarified or filtered with the help of animal ingredients and is therefore also suitable for vegans.
