The AF designation means Alcohol Free – a product with 0% alcohol content. Unique technology and multiple extraction were used in production. AF tinctures retain the maximum amount of active ingredients, taste and aroma of the herb used.

Boswellia serrata is an Ayurvedic herb. It has a positive effect on bone and joint health. It contributes to the proper functioning of the digestive system, and is involved in maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels.

Boswellia supports normal heart and respiratory function, and has beneficial effects on the function of the reproductive organs. Strengthens mental health.

Boswellia essential oil has been used for many years in religious ceremonies as a fumigant – incense, hence its Czech name cinquefoil.

The tincture does not contain any alcohol, dyes or sweeteners.

Recommended daily dosage and method of use: After shaking, take 15 drops 3 times a day. We recommend putting it in the mouth and letting it absorb through the mucous membranes. It can be washed down with a small amount of water. The recommended duration of use is 4–6 weeks, then it is advisable to discontinue use for 4 weeks.
The recommended daily dose contains an extract equivalent to 2,569 mg of fresh resin.
