Boswellia serrata is an Ayurvedic herb. It has a positive effect on bone and joint health. It contributes to the proper function of the digestive system, and helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

Boswellia supports normal heart and respiratory system activity, and has beneficial effects on the function of the reproductive organs. It strengthens mental health.

Boswellia essential oil has been used in religious ceremonies for many years as a fumigant - incense, hence its Czech name cinquefoil.

Ingredients: 100% Boswellia serrata, 400 mg/capsule, capsule shell: HPMC (hypromellose). The capsules are of plant origin, suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule 2–3 times a day, 20 min. before meals. The recommended duration of use is 4–6 weeks, then it is advisable to discontinue use for 4 weeks.

Warning: Do not serve as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a safe place out of the reach of children. Store in a dark and dry place. We recommend that pregnant and lactating women consult their doctor before using the product.
