ORGANIC Raab broccoli seeds Zdravý den® intended for year-round germination. They are a fresh and high-quality vegetable suitable for direct consumption or as an ingredient in various dishes.

Ingredients: Raab broccoli seeds (Brassica Rapa Cymosa) from organic farming.
Recommended use: For decorating pastries, in soups, vegetable or pasta salads. It is best to consume raw to preserve all nutrients.
Preparation instructions:
Soaking time: 8-12 hours
Germination time: 4-6 days
Ideal temperature: approx. 20 °C
Rinse with water: 2-3 times a day
Harvest at size: 2.5-5 cm
Rinse with water before consumption. Sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for 1–2 weeks.
