Flaxseed has a typically nutty taste. It can be added to doughs, yoghurts, muesli, salads, soups, meatballs or used to decorate pastries.

Brown flax seeds, unhulled. May contain traces of gluten.
Tip for
Use:
Flaxseeds are relatively hard, so it is good to chew them thoroughly to maximize the use of nutrients. It is also possible to grind flax seeds with a grinder or crush them in a mortar before consumption.
Storage:
Store at a temperature of up to 20°C, in the shade and with a relative humidity of up to 70%.
