Ingredients:

Buckwheat - groats.

Preparation:

Boil the rinsed buckwheat in a ratio of 1 part buckwheat to 1.5 parts water. Boil for about 3 minutes and let it stand under the lid for about 15 minutes. Then drain and let it drain.

Storage:

Store at a temperature of up to 25°C, in the shade and with a relative humidity of up to 70%.
