Buckwheat (lat. Fagopyrum saggittatum) comes from China, it gets its name from pagan invaders who are responsible for bringing buckwheat to Europe. Buckwheat is an annual plant growing up to 80 cm tall, with heart-shaped leaves and racemes of flowers, bisexual, pink or white, rarely red. Buckwheat is not demanding on soil, but beware of spring frosts.
Buckwheat is used in phytotherapy mainly to maintain a normal cardiovascular system. Buckwheat contributes to normal function of the respiratory system and maintains standard respiratory health. Typically, it is combined with Gotu Kola and Ginkgo for maximum effect.

Buckwheat makes a very good tea, which makes it easier to use.
Traditional use: Pour one teaspoon of nati with 200 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 15 minutes.
