These buckwheat spaghetti made from European organic buckwheat are interesting for many reasons. They have a delicious nutty taste and, when cooked al dente, are an excellent alternative to wheat pasta. Buckwheat is naturally gluten-free, so they are suitable for a gluten-free diet (for celiacs) and serve as a gluten-free substitute for classic durum wheat pasta. They are also interesting from a nutritional point of view: they contain 47% of the recommended daily dose of vitamin B1 (thiamine), 60% of magnesium and 26% of zinc per 100 g of pasta. They contain fewer carbohydrates than regular pasta and are suitable for low-carb diets.
