Ingredients:

Organic buckwheat flour.

Instructions for preparation:

Cook the pasta over low heat in salted water with a drop of oil (in a ratio of 100 g of pasta/ 1 l of water) for 4 min., stirring occasionally, and let stand for 3 min. Once the desired softness is reached, drain immediately, rinse with cold water and drizzle with quality oil.

Storage:

Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C and a relative humidity of up to 70%. Do not expose to direct sunlight.

Energy value 1512 kJ/ 356 kcal, fat 3.4 g (of which saturated fatty acids 0.7 g), carbohydrates 78.4 g (of which sugars 0.4 g), fiber 2.6 g, protein 7.5 g, salt 0.25 g.
