An easily digestible side dish with a great taste. It can replace rice, couscous and pasta, and is suitable for preparing porridge and salads.
Bulgur is pre-cooked, broken durum wheat. The grain is cleaned, boiled, dried and crushed into smaller pieces. It is suitable for preparing porridge, side dishes and as a base for vegetable dishes, it is also used as a part of salads instead of rice.

Ingredients:
Wheat - coarsely ground.
Preparation instructions:
Rinse the bulgur thoroughly, cover with boiling water (ratio 2:1, water:bulgur), add salt and a drop of oil. Boil for 2 minutes and let stand for another 20 minutes.
Storage:
Store at a temperature of up to 25°C, in the shade and with a relative humidity of up to 70%.
