This dish is typical from India to Egypt and the Balkans. It is prepared in various variations, usually with lamb, but also without it.

Ingredients:
Wheat bulgur 90%, peeled red lentils, halved, mixture of dried vegetables (onion, carrot, parsnip, cabbage, leek).
Preparation:
Pour the mixture into a pot, pour in water in a ratio of 2 parts water to 1 part mixture, add sunflower oil and salt. Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes, set aside and let it cool. Then mix and season with salt if necessary.
Storage:
Store in a dry place at a relative humidity of up to 70%.
