The preparation is applied as a spray after thorough mechanical cleaning. Since even after this disinfection, at least some bumblebee larvae will remain in the chicken coop, we recommend repeating the entire procedure after about a week to a fortnight and then again after 3 and 6 months.
As a preventive measure, it is necessary to keep the chicken coop clean and try to limit the access of wild birds to both the chicken coop and, for example, to the feeders as much as possible.
