Corn Crispy Sandwiches with Legumes

The combination of airy, fluffy organic corn and a colorful legume mixture with red lentils, green and yellow peas and black beans is a pleasure in itself. When making them, corn is filled into triangular molds and then baked under pressure for a few seconds at 220-240°C, due to the evaporation of moisture, the grains crack and the starch escapes. The triangles are then sprayed with high-quality sunflower and corn oil and seasoned with a little salt. This process guarantees that they have 50% less fat compared to conventional chips.

They go great with tomato salsas, avocado spread or you can just eat them alone.
