Corn Crisps

These crispy triangles look like tortilla chips, but are made from puffed corn. When they are made, corn is filled into triangular molds and then baked under pressure for a few seconds at 220-240°C. Due to the evaporation of moisture, the grains crack and the starch escapes. The triangles are then sprayed with high-quality sunflower and corn oil and seasoned with a little salt. This process ensures that they have 50% less fat compared to conventional chips.

They go great with tomato salsas, avocado spread or you can just eat them on their own.

Ingredients:Puffed corn* (90%), sunflower oil* (7%), corn germ oil* (2%), salt (1%)
